We booked this hotel on the fly trying to drive 7 hours to O'Hare to beat a winter storm and I am so glad we did! The hotel rooms were clean and cozy and the staff and service were top notch! The food in the restaurant (Thorn) was fantastic. After and incredibly stressful adventure up to this point it was all a welcome relaxation. We used the Park and Fly service which was also top notch with speedy and friendly shuttle drivers. Bonus for families - Dave and Busters is across the parking lot a short walk away if you have kids who have been cooped up far too long in the car! We will absolutely stay here if we are back in the area!

BEST O'Hare park-and-stay solution! The Rose Hotel has become our favorite way to begin travel involving early morning departures. The experience couldn't be easier, more convenient, more stress-free, or more pleasant. For starters, no hotel other than the airport Hilton is closer. The parking deal is the best if you book it with your stay. The rooms are stylish, clean, well appointed (new Nespresso machines!), quiet, and comfortable. The bar and restaurant is first-rate with a varied menu. The shuttle service is friendly and efficient. And the staff is fantastic. Starbucks coffee service in the lobby. Couldn't ask for more!

Incredible hospitality from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Front desk staff was helpful in booking our shuttle to O’Hare. The bartenders at Thorn were very pleasant and the drinks were tasty. We requested robes to the room and thy were brought up in about 10 minutes. Shuttle driver was very personable and explained how to get to the rideshare lot. Overall-very enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.

I cannot rave enough about my stay at the Rose Hotel. I had an extended stay for two weeks for a work trip. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the hospitality was top notch, and it truly came to feel like a home away from home. Food and drinks at Thorn were delicious. Every morning I was greeted with a smile, my hot chocolate, and kind regards for my day to come. Loved how early and how late hours ran, too. The room was super comfy and provided ample space for both sleep and work - and space and time to separate the two. The complimentary shuttle service was also such a highlight of my stay. I wish I wrote down everyone’s names because truly every staff member I interacted with was so kind, helpful, and genuine. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the greater Chicago area to stay!

I have been double charged by the Hilton Rose Tapestry Hotel in Chicago. There was an original reservation for arrival on 7 March 2026 for one night. Total cost… $227.65 USD. I arrived at the hotel at 5 AM on 8 March due to delayed air travel departing Dubai, United Arab Emirates… missile and drone attacks. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was cancelled due to “no show”. The front desk agent at the hotel then apparently created two new bookings with a check-in of 8 March and departure 9 March. There is now a charge for one of those new bookings for $337.44 which should not exist. I have contacted the property by email and telephone and they have not taken any action to reverse the incorrect charge of $337.44.
