Carmel Country Inn

The room was really spacious, clean, comfortable and with everything we needed.

The breakfast was good but it was everyday the same. Maybe it could vary some items from one day to another.

Very clean and convenient to walk downtown. It was very quiet and cozy. The jet bathtub was a plus! There was a great array of food and snacks in the office.

The room was very small, nothing to put our bags on. No table, only a very tiny suite. It’s almost like they made a little room on the back wall of the office.

Very cute property, felt family-run and personal. Good quality amenities inside including towels and showers/bath. Liked the fireplace inside and there was ample bedding and pillows spare in case of cold. Breakfast and snacks in reception area were very nice and thoughtful touch, and staff were very friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions.

Although no lift/elevator it is just one flight of stairs to the top floor apartments.

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Bed could be softer/more comfortable.

Lovely place. Nice features like the fireplace. And a good continental breakfast and snack offerings.

We would have liked coffee to be available a little earlier than 8, for those early risers. But all in all wonderful.
