The Bull

Stayed here as I was watching a gig at Villa Park. Really friendly service and the drinks are cheaper than where I live! The resident cat gives the pub a great character. The room itself was more than adequate to get my head down, was clean. The only downside was it is an old building and the walls are thin so a bit of noise but for me i expected it. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in Birmingham.

Lovely little pub , not far from all bars and restaurants. We went to a concert in utility arena . Would stay again .

Nice, clean accomodation and a very comfortable bed. Reasonably priced food in the main bar with generous portion sizes plus a good range of ales/lagers. Staff are friendly and efficient. Would be happy to stay here again if I'm in the area

Value for money, friendly, clean. Also extras like soap/shampoo/tea/coffee and biccies which one doesn't always get at that price point.

Lovely pub with rooms above close to local amenities.

A little dated in places. The mattress was a little lumpy with the springs close to the surface. But overall a comfortable one night stay

Excellent quirky place to stay! Awesome customer service - i had a trip disruption and the owners were kind enough to store my suitcase for me before opening time as they were around it was super appreciated. The bathroom was modern and nice while the rooms are styled to be old fashioned. The single bed was satisfactory for an overnight stay.

Easy check-in, good communication before and during our stay. Friendly pub, simple room, comfortable bed, clean bedlinen, tea, coffee, a kettle and biscuits. Very convenient location, good bus service. We liked the colour scheme in the room.
