La verdad es que vivimos una experiencia espectacular, en todos los sentidos pero destacaré algunos.- - La calidad del personal en general, pero especialmente al del restoran y bar, muy educados, amables y cordiales- - El entorno de las instalaciones, campo y verde por todos lados, selva Valdiviana con trekings que te muestran lugares impresionantes. - La carta completa un acierto, muy buena calidad y presentacion de sus platos.-

Todo muy bien, nada que criticar.

Beds far too soft, rooms small, not well noise insulated, whole place very ambitious but a bit worn.

"Great hideaway"

The location of the Hotel & Spa is amazing. We were greeted by Allison at reception, who was very helpful and pleasant. Dinner was first class and staff and chef accommodated my Gluten issues with homemade first GF bread. The best bread I have had in years. Great location for short hikes and very peaceful. We both enjoyed for time here. Awesome Hotel.

El lugar es muy lindo. La cena excelente. Buena piscina del spa.

El desayuno creo que no era de la categoría acorde al hotel, y parte del personal del desyuno muy poco amables.

The park is magnificent. It’s like staying in a National Park with forests, waterfalls, lakes, mountains, grazing fields and great hiking.

The property is very rustic but elegant. The room comfortable, the restaurant good. The best part is the setting which is remote and magnificent

Cada vez que me hospedo me sorprende con algo novedoso. El menu del restaurante es nuevo, te ofrecen café, te, aguas y frutas de manera gratuita. Camas muy comodas, habitacíon muy limpias, y la decoración de cada espacio una maravilla. Nos quedamos en una habitación twin, las camas muy amplias

Que no me dieran el detalle impreso de los gatos extras, propinas y de la estadia al momento de pagar. La solicité en Casa de los exploradores, y me dijeron que me llegaría al correo, que aun no llega. Y para tener una copia debía ir a la recepción principal, por lo que recomiendo siempre hacer el check out en la recepción principal. Piscina temperada con temperatura muy elevada que llegaba a quemar.
