Breakfast service is slow I had to pre-order to get breakfast ontime

Breakfast was simple continental and the coffee was especially good. The customer care at breakfast was superb, led by one Ms Nadine who is exceptional.

The size of the room, the quietude of the surrounding and the privacy for the selected self contained non-shared lounge apartment

The bathroom water flood the toilet floor requiring wiping cloth to remove it. It would be good if there was a sump that would drain the water out.

We only spent one night in the place. What i liked was only thr staff Claude who was one of the person that came to pick us up from the airport. Also one of the waiters by name Susan who offered us her food that was already made (as we were so hungry at the time) and she had to wait for the one we ordered and paid for before she ate. These are the only good take aways from the place.

There is a huge difference between the hotel/apartment shown in your app and the reality on ground. We entered the place in the night but had to leave first thing in the morning even without taking our bath. The apartment they gave to us was swarming with cockroaches. The toilet and washing basin were all leaking in the tiny place they had as toilet/bathroom. NOTE: this event happened on the 28th October 2025. We paid for 3 nights and before leaving we asked for the refund of the extra days which took time to get it. Infact we were asked to rebook the place for 4th - 7th November 2025 so that our money can be returned to us. As we are not citizens of Rwanda with a short stay (only 3 days) we (who made our booking through your app) agreed to rebook and with the other person also from Nigeria who got the place through someone left in the morning to another apartment. We were eventually refunded part of our money (after they said they had to take commissions) on the 30th late night. Anyone going to that place should take note that it is not what is shown here that they will meet on ground.
