Mountain View Hotel & Apartment

The hotel is very good and the pictures are real 100%.

All was very good,the swimming pool and the staff including the food.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. They spoke good English, were professional and understanding of good customer service. The property itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar have fabulous views as the name of the hotel suggests. And the food was both delicious and unusually promptly prepared.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

In this hotel I feared for my life! Fraudulent advertising “free shuttle service” but then having constraints related to this policy: at least staying two days and just the pick up from the airport, which neither of this is mentioned on booking.com After no common solution was found, I insisted on solving the issue with booking.com The manager denied and instead was advising the security guard to lock me up and attack me. I felt threatened and feared for being beaten! No police was in this area. Luckily, locals came and helped me. Furthermore, extremely loud hotel staff party on a Monday until 02:00 AM (!) without notification of the guests and their invitation.

Great experience in this hotel The staff is very helpful and acceuillant A Manager who listens I loved my room with balcony, a great view of Mount Kigali and I especially appreciated the quiet I benefited from a decoration surprise of my room on the occasion of my birthday and the provision of an available driver, who was my guide during my stay in Kigali
