Mountain View Hotel & Apartment

The staff are very welcoming.Their breakfast is great! 👍 The facilities are exceptional.

Attentive staff and clean rooms

None, except water sometimes floods bathroom and takes a while to drain

The hotel is located in a very quiet alley on the top of one of Kigali’s many hills, offering shelter from the hustle & bustle and a breathtaking view of the city. The rooms are large, comfortable and sparkling clean. However, I feel it’s really the staff that makes this place special, from the hotel manager Gaspard to the waitresses and cleaners, who were welcoming, kind and helpful from start to end. I was sad when I left. <3

The shower got a bit flooded, but I’m sure the hotel is already fixing it.

The facility is neat and the staff are friendly.

No AC in the room

Everything was beyond my expectations - the staff, the restaurant, the views. This hotel came as a total suprise for me. Employees were so kind and helpful. They were always smiling sincerely. I felt like at home there. The best thing for me were spectacular landscapes of Kigali from hotel top floors. Couldn't find better views in the city. Last but not least they offer a swimmimg pool with the bar area and nice music. Can't wait to come back there.

No refrigerator, No microwave. Wifi was so poor across the apartment. Location is 100 meters away from the mainroad.
