The breakfast menu wasn't diet friendly

WiFi slow in and around some particular apartments especially that which I was in. They really have to improve the WiFi connectivity

Swimming Pool is good and the view on the city at night is perfect from the rooms and the restaurant balcony.

The pool bar was so noisy with loud music until midnight, because other clients were partying on a Thursday. Disgusting smell in the room.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is well located, not far from the Genocide Memorial and not too far from the city center. The hotel also has a beautiful view of the city. The staff is very responsive, kind, and overall very pleasant.

I stayed at a 2-star hotel where I felt like it was an unfinished project. The apartments had kitchens, but there was no stove, water heater, microwave, fridge, or even a coffee maker. I was left wondering what the purpose of the apartment kitchen was. Furthermore, the pool's volume was often turned up very high, making it difficult to relax in the late morning. The room cleaning was also inconsistent; during my 8-day stay, the room was only cleaned once after I complained.

Yvonne and Gaspard were very accommodating with regards to our booking that needed to be modified. They fixed it right away as per our request. They were attentive to our needs and very enthusiastic. If you are looking for a budget hotel this a great place to stay with a great management team.

The Apartment was spacious, cozy and clean. The facilities was beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly and customer care was excellent.

I didn't like lift on the building. It felt unsafe.

Very yummy and excellent location. Easy to navigate with all means of transport. A cool and quite neighbourhood with a beautiful scenery

Coordination of payment for accommodation was a bit of a lengthy process. The credit card option was provided but not effective
