neat and cute boutique hotel within walking distance to Red Brick square

Very convenient for our one night stay before departing for a cruise the next day from a nearby port. Easy to walk to from the nearest train station, and easy to walk to Chinatown and the Cup Noodle Museum area. Staff were kind enough to store our luggage after checkout while we explored town. The bath salt station was a nice touch although many of the essential oils were out when I went. The included breakfast at the soup restaurant was a great way to start the day too. The room was basic and small but was very clean and had everything we needed for one night. Pillows were on the thin side with beans on the bottom, which we had never experienced before, but surprisingly comfortable. The room has nice details like a few hangers, kettle, slippers, bidet, bathtub, water bottles, and pajamas. More amenities are available for free in the lobby, as well as coffee/tea 24/7 (came in handy when we woke up at 4AM due to jet lag). TV seemed to be Japanese cable only.

We had an issue checking in, telling us that we have 2 nights reservation when we only reserved 1 night an have a proof of it. And wants us to come back the other day which is already 8pm because of some confusion on the reservation!!! They even asked us for additional charge for my kids, that we already declared and paid online before coming there! We are already tired from a travel and expecting to have a comfortable sleep but we are very disappointed overall.

全体的に安っぽいカフェのようでした。 外観は重厚感があり、また予約の際の写真でも重みを感じたのですが、実際はそうではありませんでした。 まずチェックインの脇にある無料コーヒーは美味しくなくてほとんど飲めませんでした。 タオルなんかもペラペラで安っぽさを感じ、部屋も思ったより手狭でした。 エレベーター前絨毯マットと部屋の床はシミで薄汚れており、髪の毛を部屋の数ヶ所で目にしました。 翌日の朝食は部屋の雰囲気・味それこそまずまずのカフェ(特にパンとサラダがとても美味しくて満足しました) という感じでしたが、ドリンクが1種類しか選べないのが残念。HOTELの朝食はオレンジジュース、牛乳、コーヒーと自由に飲みたいんです。 もし1泊の金額が7700円ならまあOKというlevelです。

Great stuff and great amenities. Laundry room in each floor. Clean and very friendly stuff and room space and bathrooms are good space

Highly recommend.The best hotel in Yokohama.

I didn't like that the paid parking was 2 blocks away and in a basement. The closest parking cost way more. I also thought there were more water things to do since they were right there on the water.
