MORAZEN Surabaya

The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our holiday in Surabaya and we had a great time. All the staff is super friendly and attentive, especially Sheria and Bella! Thank you, we felt very welcomed. The room is spacious, the view is great, the bed is super big and comfortable. The bathroom is nice and everything is clean. It's quiet, you won't hear anything from outside or from the other rooms. The breakfast buffet is big and you will find a huge variety of food there. Breakfast times are from 6-10am, so perfect if you need to wake up early and also if you want to sleep long. The hotel also provides a spa area with Sauna and Jacuzzi which is great. You can use the gym or swim in the pool. There is a part where kids can play in the pool, although the water is quite cold. Overall our experience was perfect, thank you for having us! If we ever come back to Surabaya we will stay here again.

Cozy and comfy hotel, good services and the staffs were very helpful. Nice restaurant with a good laksa Malaysia. From the coffee lover all the coffee are ordinary, please improve the coffee bean

Le personnel était au top, prévenant et sympathique. Le buffet du matin est aussi assez vaste, ils ont toujours aidé à comprendre quels étaient les plats. Les lits étaient TRÈS confortables, avec plusieurs oreillers.

Hiii, i’m an employee who have the chance to stay in this amazing hotel. I did not expect this high-end hotel would be at an amazing cheap prices for their quality and service. I tried the jacuzzi which was amazing and quite unique to experience in a hotel in Surabaya. And thanks to Mba Bella who helped me throughout my stay.
