"Chic Hotel with awesome lemongrass smell"

Very comfy beds, amazing huge breakfast buffet, super friendly staff and close to the city centre. Definitely worth a visit! The view from the room is also really nice, you can look all over the city, they have a jacuzzi and sauna, really impressive!

"Solo Trip"

Stay here for one night. The room is nice and clean, facility is complete, the lobby is nice and smells very good, service was excellent. Location is at the middle at the city, close to everwhere. Will stay here again if I get a chance to go to Surabaya

"good view and chill place"

Gadis she was a nice staff and khalil, Yakima as well i recommend to come here for the river view and it is great place to chill with friends and have a good time so i really enjoyed and recommend this place to come with friends and significant other to share a good experience feel free to try the food and the drinks

Customer service was excellent. All the staff were helpful and always with a smile ,nothing was too much trouble, and the standard of breakfast was plentiful, Skybar staff were extremely friendly

Skybar views are somewhat spoilt by the excessive internal lighting
