17 night I not stay at room, 18th when I back from semarang found that our room no staff to do room cleaning, room rubbish is still there so this make me very sad and angry once I back to the room

The pillows are firm enough to provide support and the aircon is effective. The hotel is generally clean and bright, with a good location. It's also easy to get a Grab/Gojek.

There's a strong language barrier if you don't speak Bahasa Indonesia or Javanese. Even in our broken attempt to speak a few lines, almost all the staff struggled to understand simple queries such as laundry service and how early we should be at the airport to catch our flight home. The breakfast buffet is also 99% local food so just be sure to manage your expectations. Western fare here is very scarce. Also, with the spa service, we had issues booking it as they claimed they'd run out of products and offered the service but for a shorter duration and only for one person. So, we decided to cancel the couple massage, afterwhich they called our room three times to confirm the cancellation, only to finally tell us we needed to call reception (not the spa) to confirm cancellation. If you're willing to have minimal interaction with the staff, this hotel could work for you.

Tv/movie channels were outdated.

The breakfast is fine, but the ingredients' quality should be better than it should be. The staff is nice and helpful, but their English is a little weaker than expected. Good quality supply of drinking water. Nice lobby and cozy bed.

The basic equipment doesn't meet the level: The sheets and quilt cover have stains and holes, and the new one given has the smell of cigarette (the booking is set for a non-smoking room). The shower's door is loosen and water will easily flood out of the shower. Mold on the shower curtain, should be cleaned up.

Bug on breakfast plate. Sheets dirty. Front desk said Parking free but then charged on the way out of Parking Lot. Will not stay again.
