"Feel like my second home in Morazen"

Suasana hotelnya dari awal masuk sudah cukup welcoming, kamarnya juga bagus dengan semua necessities yang lengkap. The facilities dari sauna, jacuzzi, dan kolam renangnya bagus-bagus. The staff (receptionist, kak sherina, and the supervisor) is also very friendly and considerate. Worth it to stay ❤️‍🔥!! Thank you Morazen Surabaya <333

"My four days stay here"

I'm from room 1911, the room is confortable, the facility is excellent, there's a large pool, a big gym, even a sauna and jacuzzi. Service is really good, and really fast responsive. Breakfast has many variety and taste really good in my opinion. The dining hall is also large so it's never crowded while I'm here. The view from my room is okay I guess, nothing special in the day, but it looks beautiful during the night. special mention to Sheria and Bella

Unbelievable value for money: the room was large, luxurious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is easily accessible from/to the main train station and airport.
