Homely, family run. Cleanliness. Plenty of towels. Small fridge in the room for milk.

Hot water in bathroom needs a warning sticker...too hot.

Breakfast plenty of choices, and ample sufficiency, also nice to be able to help yourself to tea or coffee as often as required. Very helpful with special requests, ie. different breakfast times and other small things not usually expected from host.

Road noise at night and early morning, however cannot be helped in this day and age (cars are too important to everyone)

The property was a very lovely traditional Bed and Breakfast that was spotless. The owners were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

Attitude of manger , cleaning poor , stupid wavers for dog cleaning when the place smells like a kennel, basically if I was single female I wouldn't want to stay here , who knows where the weird owner, informed us that he had cameras Every where , the guy was a complete creep surrounded by even stranger minions, walked out after first nite, AVOID, try the Anchorage babacombe, cheaper cleaner, lovley staff, nice location, this review is a honest appraisal,

The breakfast was great and cooked to our requirements perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the family really were lovely: the extremely nice father and two lovely daughters made my sister and I most welcome. It was a very relaxing environment which we appreciated. The location was fine too.
