Always greeted with a smile and a "welcome back". Breakfast was changed this year a little bit it is now mainly self service, except for the Full English, but you can have as much as you like and there is a good variety to suit most tastes. We also like the position as there are bus stops within 200 yards which take you either way. The girls are very friendly and always have a smile.

Very freindly host room was really nice on front road but not noisy really nice bathroom very clean and tidy host very accommodating as gave throw for bed in case our dog got on bed wonderful breakfast nice bright dining room good parking 10 minute walk to good pub with nice food

No green space nearby to let our dog of for a run quite a walk to town centre and beach front

The breakfast was excellent. A highlight for every day.

The room was rather dark and , in hot conditions, we would have liked a bit more ventilation. The window didn’t open much. An electric fan was provided.

Room was big enough for 2 adults and one child, delicious breakfast, nice and lovely staff, good location

Room windows were facing the road, traffic was quite noisy till late and started at 5-6am.Due to temperature in a room being very warm, we had to keep our windows open so noise from outside wake us up quite early in a morning. Pillows were slightly too hard so we had slightly uncomfortable sleep. Also shower hose was secure/attached to the shower pole and it was quite high so my 8 years daughter wasn't able to shower herself independently and she needed my assistance.

Warm welcome, property was very clean
