Host was cheap about 2 people sharing a breakfast with one child

Warm welcome on arrival, property very clean and well decorated. Room fresh and clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, we opted for full English but free too help ourselves to fresh fruit and various cereals also. Really nice family run B&b.

first thing is the bedroom smelt of damp also the man running the place kept going in and out of my room while i wasn’t there looking around and turning on and off lights and switches i felt really uncomfortable and i felt as if i was being watched the whole two days i was there. also the towels was filthy covered in orange stains and i’ve left with bites on my leg from the bed sheets.

What a lucky find on booking.com. Brett was an excellent host. The hotel was in a good location, a 15 min stroll down to the seafront and although on a busy road no traffic noise but ideally placed for getting out and about. If you prefer not to drive there’s a bus stop outside making it easy to get to Paignton, Brixham etc and Torre station just a little further up the road. What a bonus the breakfast was, good choice of food freshly served. Would have no hesitation in recommending
