Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Collins South

Waited 25 minutes to try to check in- no staff to check in. Rang bell several times. Left hotel to a better staffed, cleaner hotel

I had planned on giving this hotel stay 5 stars, but the hot tub wasn’t working. When we booked it, that was the one amenity we really wanted after a long day in the car. When you pay this much for a hotel room, you expect to receive ALL amenities, and if some are unavailable, a discount should be offered.

Little noisy in room from hallway roudies but overall nice

This hotel has a lot of work to do to improve the property as well as supervision of hospitality. First room on first floor was tiny and smelled like dirty socks or popcorn. It didn’t seem to be very clean.. We were told all rooms were booked and couldn’t switch. When we did finally get switched on the third day, we were told the room number on 4th floor and looked at it. It was better. I told the front desk I just needed to pack up our stuff, the person at the front desk said OK, I will hold it for you , but when we came out to move 15 min later, we were told they had just given that room to someone else. We finally ended up in a different room on the fourth floor. Even though they insist they are all booked, the handicapped rooms are in fact available and that’s the one we got. It was fine. Breakfast are less than average, except for one day when it seemed to be more decent. They clean up by 9 on weekdays, 9:30 on weekends, and run out of food quickly.

Good location

Cost for room was high. TV service wasn't good. Room was small

Arrived late due to delayed flight and check in was easy. Property was clean and in a great location with restaurants within walking distance. The Workers were friendly but the bed was hard and house keeping only comes every three days of a stay.
