Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Collins South

I was meant to arrive around 2pm ,got held up with flights and arrived after midnight. Staff were so helpful and understanding. With the 24 hour check in was a savour.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great. Can’t say anything bad about my experience

I was not pleased with the parking! I don’t like parking in a side lot with no lighting! The lot was too full every night

No full length mirror in the room. No caffeinated coffee………just decaf and tea

Nice hotel with comfortable beds

Hotel is very nice and in a good location. Breakfast options are dismal. Probably the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Sunday morning the breakfast was scheduled to be open until 10:00 am. At 9:30 they were already taking it up. Nothing hot was available ( and another guest said none had been offered all morning, but I can’t confirm this) no butter, or cream cheese. Limited fruit options except for some overripe bananas. Nothing was really left for breakfast. Monday, at 8:30 they had no half and half or any real milk available for coffee. Only had chocolate milk in the cooler. No cereals, bagels, butter, cream cheese or yogurt were available. Hotel was very clean and in extremely nice condition. Good bedding and pillow options.

We were placed on the first floor next to the pool--- not enjoyable. Our view was a wood wall. The rooms are only cleaned every other day. Beds were small.

Started off in a room with a clogged sink. Then the pool and hot tub was broken. No creamers for coffee and no OJ on morning buffet. Moved rooms to not have room cleaning service for which the gentleman at the front desk just said sorry they must have forgotten. It was the worst stay we had and we just went across country and stayed at lower rated hotels which were so much better. I would never stay here again.

Hotel is new and modern. Front desk staff was friendly, hotel felt nice and the room was comfortable. Nice to have a number of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby and easy access to the rest of town. Only downside was the breakfast running out of eggs and for before the end. With a steady stream of customers, it seemed a bit early not to make more when that was the only protein option.
