Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Collins South

The room was clean, big, and comfortable. The only reason this site is getting a 4 instead of a 5 is because the breakfast was not the best and we had trouble with our reservation because they canceled one of our rooms due to having the same last name as a different guest who canceled their room. They did resolve the issue and found me another room. The staff are very friendly and professional. There are a lot of parking spaces. Several restaurants nearby. There is a park about 1/4 to 1/2 a mile south of the hotel and shopping about a 1/2 to 1 mile west. This location offers microwaveable meals and snacks.

Great service and employees

Hotel is noisy. Kids stomping, other guests loud. Not restful. Also, their pillows are very poor and uncomfortable. Only 2 of the ice machines worked and of course those are on 3rd and 4th Floors. On the plus side, the hotel is convenient to a lot of things on south side of Fort Collins and it is clean. All the stuff in the room worked so that was good. Front desk help is hit or miss - one lady was superb, one fellow was basically, well, somewhat unpleasant. Hope you get the lady if you stay there.

Comfy, quiet, and affordable

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would make a great future CEO! In town for business and arrived early. Was able to check into room early and get some work and laundry done. Convenient dining, coffee shop across the street. Clean, quiet, friendly. Additionally, this facility allowed our mobile medical unit theo use of their parking lot to provide disability exams for Veterans Thanks!

This is our go-to stay for family travel plans. We enjoy the amenities: pool, workout room, and excellent breakfast. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.
