"Overall, it was good."

The toilet wasn't flushed in my room when I got there, and it wouldn't flush. I had to open the tank lid and pull hard on on the stopper to flush it. Still worked a little hard after that. Not a big deal.

I checked into this hotel on Aug 24,after I checked in I was informed that the pool was closed had known this I would not have checked in, I asked for a discount, but they refused . I will never book a Grand Stay Inn again, I may never use Booking. Com app again either.
