This hotel overbooked, and instead of telling people they were given the wrong size rooms, they just did it, and customers were mad. They didn't care. They put me and a friend in a king jacuzzi, and we needed two beds. I went to talk to them about the mix-up and was told to deal with or find a different hotel. I will NEVER return to a grandstay hotel again and will not give good reviews or recommend these hotel lines to anyone!

There was an elevator and washer and dryer. Getting in and out was easy and the handicapped parking was convenient. The bathroom was accessible.

For an accessible room the size was small. l could not get my walker on certain sides of the bed. There was no space to park it without blocking access for the other occupant. There was only one chair that was not very comfortable.

Bed very firm

The staff was laid back and there was a lot of space. Pool, breakfast, etc.
