It was in a great location and Jim was amazing

This was my third visit. Jim, the host, was out when I arrived; however, the lady whose name I did not get booked me in was polite and friendly and got me settled in my room. The room was well presented, clean, with tea/coffee facilities, clean towels and a comfortable bed (I had a good night's sleep). Jim greeted me at breakfast, which was a self-serve full English with a selection of various teas and coffees, fresh fruit juices and cereals. A very hospitable place to stay.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. It’s a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach where we were able to have a morning swim before a delicious breakfast. Jim was an amazing host. He is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and gave us good recommendations. Best value stay in Margate!

Near to seafront and walking distance from town.

All ok but too pricey for what you get. No hair dryer or fridge, so for £108 too much. Breakfast all pre cooked and looked really unappealing so ate in a local cafe even though it was included. Host really nice and offered a room upgrade even though the upgraded room was no better, as at the front of the house on a well used road. Stayed in the room booked which was at the back of the house with no one above us and had a good night’s sleep.

The staff were very welcoming and super friendly, the beds were very comfy and the rooms were clean. And the location was spot on! Only a 10 minute walk into the main part of Margate. Ideal spot if you're spending the weekend or like we were going to a gig.

We liked all things. Jim is so kind and helpful. We will return and stay in again . The bedroom is comfortable and clean, near the beach and the railway station
