Had difficulties in contacting host, as email sent a couple of days before our visit and a telephone call on the norming which went straight to answer phone. No contact made by host before we attended. Room clean and tidy. No parking on front as although 3 parking bays 2 cars parked badly so has to park on the street

Shenandoah House is located in a quiet area, close to the beach, and has street parking.

I stayed in the top floor room. It was nice to have a private bathroom, but the ceilings in the room and bathroom were low and slanted, so I bumped my head several times, even though I'm not very tall.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with a cooked breakfast as well as a selection of cereals. Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland. Our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely return. Shenandoah House is
