"A cosy home away from home in Rye - highly recommend"

Rachael was a fantastic host. She has created a home away from home and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The whole experience was so relaxed and easy going. The breakfast was incredible, the building itself is gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. Really good location - very short walk from shops/bars/restaurants and the train station which was great for us as we didn't have a car. Rachael is an absolute JOY and I cannot recommend staying here enough. The kind of place you want to simultaneously tell everyone about but also keep to yourself as a little gem.

"Beautiful period home and terrific host"

Warm welcome from Rachael even before we arrived, absolutely wonderful to spend a few days in her beautiful home. Decorated with period furnishings. Delicious breakfasts. Rachael made every effort to help us switch off and relax for a few days. We even use the beautiful sitting room and fireplace one evening. Great experience and very kind and interesting host. The property is cozy and maintained to a high standard, and is located on one of the nicest roads in Rye.

Rachael was very welcoming and the house is a magical piece of history. Rye is beautiful and it is located on one of the most scenic streets. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Rachael's hospitality and breakfasts were truly memorable. We were fortunate to have the whole house to ourselves, so felt very spoilt. The historic house is fascinating.

I loved the beautiful historic house, on the most famous street in Rye. The facilities were homely and perfect for our visit. The communication with Rachael was timely, friendly and clear, and Pam’s company and breakfast were simply the best. Don’t change a thing - I fully recommend.
