A wonderful house, perfect location and great host - a very personal experience with a delicious cooked breakfast that catered to our dietary requirements.

Nothing! But if you are booking this place do bear in mind that it is a sociable experience - more like staying in someone's home than an impersonal airBnB type place.

"A fairy tale place to stay."

Wow what an amazing place to stay.Rachael made it even more special with her warmth and really looked after us well. Breakfast was very tasty and the cakes yummy. The house with 2 front doors certainly has a place in my heart. Our room was big(smuggler's room) and had everything we needed too. We loved the biscuits and the little bottle of milk outside our door in the morning. Loved the bathroom too and the toiletries was lovely too that I would buy as really smelled lovely. A peaceful,quiet place to stay that you feel very homely.

Going home of course as our room is so dreamy that it had everything I could wish for. The beams,The bed,the beautiful bathroom with two sinks. It's like out of a fairy tale I really felt like princess and the pea story as was a very special comfortable bed.

The house is absolutely beautiful and Rachel was a perfect host, and made us feel at home instantly. Her breakfasts were lovely (more imaginative than usual veggie options). Our room was cosy and comfortable, as were the common areas – you're never 100% sure what you're getting when booking online, but we came in winter and it was really nice to have the use of the living room and kitchen when needed.

Nothing! The house isn't tricked out with mod cons but we really didn't miss them, you have everything you need to relax and unwind (which was the point of our stay in Rye).
