"Charming home and superb hospitality."

The house is magical and the wonderful host looked after everything beautifully. Breakfast was superb.

We loved everything. The narrow and steep staircase, and the creeky floors add charm and are to be expected from a 500 year old house.

Our host, Rachael, could not have been more welcoming and helpful during our two-night stay. The setting for the house in Rye in Mermaid Street is incredible. The bedroom was very comfortable. Breakfast was an extra special treat especially for my wife who is gluten-free. We could not have been happier with our stay at the House with Two Front Doors.

"Fantastic, lots of lovely places to eat and drink, our hotel was a stone’s throw away from the bustling pretty town, we"

The house was lovely, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was outstanding as was the service throughout our stay. Our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very helpful with information of the area.

"A very warm welcome to an extremely lovely house in a gorgeous location."

It was beautiful, comfy, cosy. I really felt at home there immediately. Rachael made me feel super welcome - she was an exceptional host and made the most amazing breakfasts while we had lovely chats and got to know eachother. Really an incredible stay!
