Had a wonderful stay at this property, situated in the heart of Rye in the pretty Mermaid Street. The house itself is full of character and charm, including our spacious room, which had views out to Mermaid Street. Racheal was an excellent host and provided lots of useful tips before arriving on parking, recommending local places to visit, and reasturants/pubs to eat. She made us feel most welcome during our stay and made us a lovely breakfast, which had a slight variation over our two days. We will definitely be returning in the future. G&M

Wonderful home cooked breakfast by the lovely host Rachael , plus a few treats to take away .

Getting from the car park to the house was tricky and I would have struggled if I’d been on my own

Wonderful location in heart of picturesque old town. Fantastic breakfasts home cooked in front of you in the farmhouse kitchen by our lovely hostess, Rachel. She could not have been more attentive and helpful. We shall be back
