Madrid City- Apartamento de 2 dormitorios

spacer , layout, great kitchen, very well equipped , can cook anything nice living area, just very well equipped flat

not so much didnt like, but an ideas a 3 or 4 line explanation of how the heating and hot water works , would be useful (for every apartment , house on rent ) also the temperature adjustment on the shower , appears not to work

Great facilities, washing machine, heater, big shower, big living room/kitchen, great location among restaurants. Great price. There were elevators

A little challenging everytime we want to enter the building, need to use the phone to unlock the building + internet. But its fine.

Location, location, location.

A bit old furniture and TV without Netflix, Disney Plus or Amazon Prime

The apartment was clean location was excellent close to metro,supermarket plenty of bars and restaurants The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evening

The sheets on my bed were very rough ,felt like new sheets that had not been washes prior to being used. My friend said her bed felt ok It would have been helpful to have instructions for washing machine ,air con,and dishwasher. There was no terrace

The check in situation could have been a nightmare if we had arrived when the rental office was closed, we needed assistance over the phone on how to get in! The balcony was disappointing as there was no sun given that there was a large tree shading it from view. The apartment had nothing extra in terms of laundry or dishwasher capsules and the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough.

The apartment looks as good as the photos and had everything we needed in a peaceful location, but near to bars, restaurants, shops and the metro. Noting points made in other reviews; the beds and pillows are firm, but that suited us, and English language can be selected on the TV channels.

The instructions to gain entry were comprehensive. However, we would not have got in the front door if the very helpful porter had not been there when we arrived. A key for the front door is provided in the apartment so this might only be a problem on initial arrival.

The apartment was large enough and had everything we needed for a short stay in Madrid. Transportation was nearby and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Really enjoyed having a small balcony that we could sit out on.

Door locking system was too much. Needed an app to get in with a code, followed by another code at the door, and a key to exit. I received a message the first night that we had not locked the door! We were told to leave the key on the table but needed it to open the outside door. Thankfully, the doorman was there when we left.
