Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
