Nice clean room

We had no power on any of the outlets when we arrived. Trash on the carpet. They couldn't have vacuumed because of no power. Staff did come and cut the breaker on and made it work eventually

First time staying at Staybridge Suites and it will be my new go-to place from now on. Room decor is out of the world, hotel amendities in itself is top notch. Makes you feel like you are staying in some high class boutique apartment type living complete with residents whom seem to be quite cozy there. Full bar breakfast. Fitness room, indoor pool, meeting rooms, a "family type living room" off the main floor, laundry room free to guests to use, outdoor grill area, outdoor guest seating for socializing, fanastic hill top view of mountains, full size refrig, 2 burner stove, dish washer, I really felt I was staying in a condo. Plenty of restaurants nearby, shopping, etc.... Only reason I gave it a 4, not a 5 was that I felt the housekeeping in my room was a little substandard which I was surprised about (just the bathroom area), But most definitely would I stay there again.

Front desk staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was great.

Was over booked and kicked us to a one bed room with 5 of us. I had confirmed and paid for 2 beds and a sofa. Wouldn't make it right

Room was nice. From the front desk to breakfast set up the workers looked like they just got out of bed; asked them questions with no help; questioned a charge on my card and could not give explanation. Worst was a comment at check out that he said “he will be surprised if this damn place isn’t closed in a year”! No professionalism at. Workers were eating food before guests even had a chance. Do not believe I will go back.

Sign in bathroom promises light cleaning every weekday which includes replacing towels, taking out trash, and making beds. We were there 3 weeknights and it never happened. My husband had to take trash out and get us new towels every day. My son dropped a toy that went under the chaise. There was food and dirt piled high under there. Day 2 we asked the front desk if the could ensure our room got cleaned while we were out. They promised it would but never followed through. Could be a very nice hotel if housekeeping did their job.
