Oceanfront Penthouse

Stunning view of the bay just over the road! Well equipped kitchen and good space for working. Easy walk to St James beach for swimming

The pillows and double bed were not very comfortable.

Such a lovely apartment. Fantastic far reaching views up and down the coast. Sunny well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge. Beautiful bedrooms with wooden floors and original features. Very homely. Easy reach of Muizenberg shops and Kalk Bay and beyond. If you come by train get off at St James, closer than Muizenberg station.

Spacious, bright and airy apartment with great views over the bay. Nice living space with kitchen and lounge and balcony. Bedrooms were excellent.

There is road noise a lot of the day as it is busy but it didn’t bother us. Getting out of the garage is quite tricky - if you park across from the apartment in the handy bay make sure you are facing the direction of the traffic.

The view was superb. The rooms were all generous and the decor was good

The apartment slept four and was quite roomy for four people but there were only four mugs, four bowls etc. a few more would have been helpful.

Parking

Loved the view. Very comfortable.

The shower door was very tight. It needs repairing. The second bedroom window would not open. The parking. The garage is on the main road, which is very busy.

We loved the penthouse overlooking the Kalkbay ocean/seafront literally just across the street and railway. To have a good power walk along the prominade/seaside on the walkway alongside the rocks and partially beachfront. Beautiful views of the mountains behind us and the sea shore in front of the house. The beds were really comfortable and to wake up early mornings with the waves as my alarm was the best ever. Deep breaths of fresh ocean was my favorite when opening the sliding door each morning. I loved the layout of the house and it worked well for our family of 4. To have had a private garage was a big bonus and left me with peace of mind. Cutlery and crockery is trendy, simplistic and of good quality.

The steep staircase was a bit of a challenge for my wife, but we managed. The towels were a bit on the smaller size and the quality was a bit out dated with regards to the rest of the house.
