Fantastic location and very comfortable

It was lovely and warm on arrival and stayed warm throughout the weekend. There was plenty of parking space. Close to bus stops and metro line. Indian takeaway nearby.

We had a great time and could check out as late as 11am which suited us well.

Comfortably furnished with everything you need, overlooking a lovely garden. Easy parking, and just around the corner from beautiful Heaton Park.

It was very well presented, clean, spacious, safe and a great location. very welcoming owner who added some lovely welcoming features.

Plenty of refreshments including for breakfast already there, a huge help when arriving late in the day and for a short stay. Convenient key collection and drop off, great communication from host, amazing location.

A few minor details would have made our stay a perfect 10/10 - a few more utensils including a washing-up sponge (although an excellent working dishwasher is in the property including washing tablets provided), a few more tablespoons and teaspoons.

Everything was spotless. Snacks and drinks left for us so that was a bonus. Easy checkin. Great location.

Only criticism was the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest

Beautifully presented property, well equipped - photos on Booking.com are true to the property. Apartment was immaculate and a very generous selection was made available for breakfast (not cooked) and complimentary tea/coffee/milk etc provided. Free on-street parking available. Located adjacent to Heaton Park.
