Fantastic place, had everything you would need. Breakfast food and snacks were provided, which was a bonus.

The property is well presented with an excellent heating system (you definitely won’t get cold). The hosts were incredibly generous with groceries; there was milk, orange juice, eggs, crumpets, bread, cereal et cetera in the property. The bed was a good size and reasonably comfortable. It was clean throughout and check in and check out wasn’t very easy.

The Wi-Fi cut out several times and maybe they could go a little easy on the comfort softener in the laundry.

Location was great short taxi ride to the venue breakfast was OK if u like cereal

The weather & couldn't seem to get dishwasher to work but other than that it was great weather got better the day we left typical

Main bed comfortable although felt damp, bed settee very uncomfortable, needs replacing. Great shower. Welcome hamper good.

Bed damp on first night, only 4 teabags. Looks on picture like the garden is attached to lodge but it's not. Bed settee very old and uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet and well stocked with little treats and basics

The lodge is in a great location, close to Manchester City centre. We stayed as we haggled booked a gig at Emirates Old Trafford. The lodge is within the garden of the family house, but it still feels private enough. It’s only small but suits for a 1 or 2 night stay. The added breakfast snacks is a lovely touch.
