The Old Vicarage Lodge

Nice quiet area, good places to eat nearby.

The sofa bed was old, lumpy and very uncomfortable- it had a great 'hole' in the middle so you kept falling in. Very little room to move when the sofabed was open. Need to supply more glasses and coffee cups.

Loved the breakfast and snack supplies. Set in such a lovely location and felt like a home Already booked next visit.

It's was private and secure. It was so much nicer than a hotel room. The box of goodies was very welcome especially after arriving home from a gig. Tea and biscuits went down a treat.

The lodge was a lovely quiet spot adjacent to Heaton Park and a short drive from our gig in Manchester. Good facilities, very comfortable and breakfast items were provided making for a very relaxing stay. Good quick response to questions from the host. Convenient parking outside the property.

A tea towel would be useful for drying pots.

I liked the fact the property had all the relevant facilities and was well stocked with goodies like breakfast ingredients. crisps and biscuits.

on the street parking!, the property has ample off road parking that could be utilised! the outside seating directly faced the owners property and I felt we were on display a little or even quite voyeuristic as there was nowhere else to look but look into the house!

The accommodation was very clean. In a nice quiet area. Not far from a tram line, so quite easy to get into Manchester city centre and Old Trafford grounds. It's ideal for two people. The owner left some food out for us which was most welcome as we were back late from a football game and hadn't dinner. Will certainly use the accomodation again for the same trip.

The fact that it was very close to a cemetery, felt it should have been noted out.

Located right on the edge of Heaton Park a short walk from the tram stop. I have stayed at The Lodge on several occasions and it is always extremely comfortable and whilst I have not met the host his attention to detail is exceptional.
