Hunter's Friend Resort near Table Rock Lake

Small motel, great price, near the lake, surprisingly quieter than I expected, staff was kind and pleasant and I had the pool to myself for 2 days. Awww… just to float with no cares.

There wasn’t tissue’s or a phone in the room

The room was very clean, The hosts were super nice and the grounds were very well kept

The location was perfect for our itinerary and easy to get anyplace in the area. There is a little country store across the street, which was convenient. We enjoyed the grill each evening to cook out.

The only thing keeping me from rating this as a 10 is the tap water. Once we were in the room there was a sign that for purposes of drinking, bottled water might be best. While the water is safe to drink it’s very cloudy. That was a minor inconvenience the first night because we hadn’t known to bring in drinking water. After the first night, we were prepared and even used bottled water to make our coffee. That’s our only negative about the place.
