"The best value!"

The personals are so nice and helpful. The location is the best, situated between Mariscals and the historical area (walking distance) anh access to metro & bus is just at the corner. The price is reasonable. The food is typical and very good. I will go back there if i have a chance to visit Quito again. Recommend 100%.

The owner is hands on so no detail goes unnoticed. The employees are so hospitable and the chef’s food is amazing. I felt so comfortable and happy during this stay especially since it was my first solo trip abroad. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The owners and staff at Chakana Hotel were absolutely the most caring and friendly people I’ve ever encountered during my travels. They made us feel like Hotel Chakana was home away from home and we changed our plans to stay here in between our excursions. Also, the hotel is designed with beauty, culture and comfort in mind. I will recommend here to all my friends and family.

The owner of this property was always ever ready to help with any question or concern we had. We weren't sure where we could park, and after coming late at 11 pm, he drove with me to park at a near by house, woke up the owner, and walked back with me - all with a smile the entire time. He took pride in his property, a genuine pride; which resonated in his actions.

We loved staying at this property. Owner is very helpful along the way. We are very satisfied with Ivvone and the way she supported. My daughter was sick one time and she was amazingly stayed with us and helped align the way. We loved they breakfast they serve in the morning and they are very flexible. I will stay again when I come back to Ecuador.

Die Jungs im Hotel waren super. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch top. Ich liebe so kleine persönliche Hotels. Die Lage glänzt auch. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
