Enjoyed our stay here. No problem checking in after a late night arrival in Quito. Comfortable room, helpful service. It is right off of a main drag in the city though, so the morning traffic gets to be noisy early on the weekdays.

The design of the hotel is pretty unique, the restaurant is fantastic and the location is great. The staff were so help I returned for a second visit before continuing South on my travels

Nos hospedamos por 11 días, es céntrico, muy cerca del área colonial. Los dueños te atienden juntos a tres empleados, todos super amables y serviciales. Te ayudan con las direcciones, te coordinan el taxis, te ofrecen tours personalizados. Todos los días en el desayuno incluyen bebidas de frutas diferentes y un café exquisito. Te hacen sentir en casa desde el primer momento. Fue una experiencia fenomenal. De volver a Quito, Chakana Hotel sera nuestro hospedaje nuevamente.

The staff was very helpfull. they had a very good breakfast.

Affordable, clean and good location, the bed is on the hard side, breakfast is good, staff is very accommodating and friendly, will certainly recommend it.

I can't thank the hotel staff enough.We had an accident coming from the airport and they were so helpful and supportive. All of the staff were wonderful-not to mention the great restaurant in the hotel! Our family would just like to say a huge thank you for all your help. We will get back to Quito one day and we know exactly where we will be staying☺

ホテルのロケーションは旧市街に近く、観光に便利です。朝食はビュッフェ方式でチーズ・ハム・野菜が入ったオムレツを作ってくれます。ロビーにおいてある果物は自由に食べられます。最終日に私たちは朝食の時間前に空港に向けて出発しなくてはなりませんでしたが、フロントのスタッフが私たちのためにサンドウィッチと果物の朝食を持たせてくれました。とてもいいサービスを受けられて満足しています。
