Everything was awesome! Food was great! We came for shopping for the first time since covid and it's difficult with a child so we decided to spend the night to continue the next day! This was an unplanned stay, but the good thing was I had a promise of an upgrade from 4 years ago due to I can t remember what issue and the check in clerk honored it and gave us a nice suite!

Only problem with Sheraton Macau is that it has ridiculously slow and long check in lines! None of the other places have! They should make a line or at least let people with small kids check in first!

Spending a night in the city and decided to support Hyatt. Checking in was good. The lady serving us is very nice and the speed is really good. But the disappointment came when we entered the room filling up with badly smoking smell. I did not reflect becoz my colleague room is facing same issue. So it must be the property issue. Poorly manage.

The lobby being on the 42nd floor was a bit strange and confusing, but otherwise not a problem. I was too busy to really use any of the amenities offered.

Great hospitality, great location, good food.will recommend anyone who heads there.High standard with a very reasonable pricing. Right in the middle of city centre,amenities all within the vacinity even without stepping out as mall is connected to hotel
