Hyatt Regency Xuzhou

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Xuzhou for 2 months for a business trip. The Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The attendants in the Regency club knew good English and were very nice. The hotel is well kept and clean. It is also in a good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Great stay at amazingly good value for money, especially as Metro Line 1 has just opened, making the hotel easily reached from either of the two railway stations. The swimming pool is to die for. My only caveat on the hotel was the bed was too short for me. My wife slept like a baby.Why in Xuzhou? For the terracotta warriors. Forget crowded X'ian, we had 4 pits of locally dug warriors to ourselves.

I want to thank the Hyatt management for an outstanding visit....grandmother, son, granddaughter were treated with gracious hospitality. I had started an email dialogue 3 months earlier discussing a day trip to the country side to visit a small memorial site honoring my great maternal grandfather. The concierge was able to confirm the site and offered to book the hotel car for the entire day....Not only did the driver get us to our destination through dirt roads 50 minutes away, the concierge was able to acquire incense, candles, symbolic paper money and gold for our family to prepare an “offering” at the memorial site. Afterwards, we stopped along the way to see a real farmers market in a village, enjoy a lakeside lunch and the visit the Tomb of General Chu....The concierge also recommended dinner at notable “authentic” restaurant....the hotel itself offers great value - super modern design, the Market Cafe must have about 4 cooking stations offering Western and Chinese cuisine for breakfast. The Chinese restaurant on the 60th floor was also very good. I give kudos Amy Chen, Wyatt and our driver for great service.... I almost left my cellphone behind...at the train station.....we had to call back to hotel to intercept driver and return with my iPhone - disaster averted! The deluxe rooms are spacious, luv the motion sensor night light in the bathroom - no groping for light switch at night. Plentiful USB charging ports in room...two small complaints - the printed materials in guest room use a small font printed in grey.....can’t read a TV channel guide or Room Service. The selection of TV channels for international travelers was limited....the hotel internet was sufficient to use a VPN and stream news video from home...

雨に濡れることなく大きな商業施設に行くことができ（つながっている）ロケーションは最高である。どこのHyattにも共通して言えることであるが部屋の収納スペースが非常に少なく非常に不便である。WiFiが非常に遅くて使えない。

Concierge is very helpful, providing information on attraction and getting cabs for visitors. Check in was swift and the rooms are clean and cosy.Curtain opens up automatically to a view of the city as you enter the room, Definitely value for money for this standard of rooms and service.Will be back for sure.

3일 동안 숙박을 하고, 방이 좋다고 한국에 있는 친구 까지 불러서1박(총 4박)을 하고 모든 것을 만족하게 지냈는데. 다음 여행을 위해 티켓을 두장 프린트를 부탁했는데(비즈니스 센타가 없으니) A4용지 두 장 복사를 해 주는데 5위엔 씩 10위엔을 내야 한다네. 중국을 한달 정도 여행중인데 이런 경우는 처음. 방값이 15만원 가까이 하고 저녁 뷔페가 238위엔 하는 5성 호텔의 서비스가 이런가 의문이 드네요. 비즈니스 센터가 없어서 E-메일을 보내서(대문자, 소문자 구분하지 않아서 3번을 보냄) 비행기 티켓과 숙소를 카피 했는데 중국 호텔이 다 이런가 궁금하네. 돈을 떠나서 서비스 문제 아닌가 좋았던 기분이 몽땅 날아가네. 아오.

徐州最高飯店，是地標了！入住55樓，視野極佳，我們加了一床，空間仍大，服務態度佳，大廳的菊花茶讓人能放鬆看著落地玻璃窗外的徐州城景。比較可惜是洗手盆的排水不佳，有阻塞的狀況，為起居帶來不便。 到雲龍山或雲龍湖可搭公交車，服務人員也能提供訊息。搭出租車也不貴，玩累了，是休息逛百貨公司和覓食的好地方。

Excellent lounge for the evening. Breakfast quite respectable - always appreciate the made-to-order juices. I enjoyed the pool and felt staff were nice and attentive. Wish I had stayed longer. I gotta say, Hyatt is one of the most consistent chains in Asia - can't say the same of Bonvoy or others.

Restaurants close at 10:00 pm. In case you arrive after 10:00 pm. you are not allowed to eat but only drink at the bar. You have to go to your room, order food at room-service than eat in the room and go back to the bar. I suggest to allow guests not only drinking but also eating at the bar. I beleive this should not require extra effort.
