Hyatt Regency Xuzhou

Hotel is new, and with latest modern luxury hotel decor. Given 52th floor with wide window providing spectacular city view at night. Room is big and comfortable. Hotel Lobby is on 42th Floor, and is situated together with office building and shopping complex which are mostly upmarket brands . Nearby are some other shopping complexes with supermarkets. Location convenient for shopping with plenty of restaurants and eateries.

Spacious room, fantastic view from 42nd floor hotel lobby. Hospitality staffs. Sumptuous breakfast. Near a mega shopping mall, named SuLing Mall. Lot's of restaurants around the Hotel vicinity. You will definitely love your stay.

Modern hotel with great design, well positioned,comfy and large rooms, very good food and cleaning service.... But I have mixed-up impressions regarding customer service. Limited number of receptionists spoke english but we always somehow managed. It is just tiring to keep on explaining. As we checked-in (we had written confirmation about early check in), we were told that due to no-show our stay was cancelled. So we showed the evidence and it was solved after some time. Then we were asked if we want to include breakfast into our room rate. Yes, we agreed. After 25 minutes we finally got to our rooms. What a surprice that in the morning the staff told us that breakfast is not included. We sent them to reception to confirm that it is really included. The same continued next 3 days..... A day before check-out we decided to pay (it took 35 minutes to explain everything and get proper documents including right charges). Next morning as we checked out, we were told we had´t paid for breakfast! I was totally screwed up. We had to explain everything again, show them evidence and spent 15 minutes there. Even we liked the staff, we are not totally convinced if they are trained well. Maybe it is not their fault, maybe the hotel information system is difficult to use. But as a customer I felt bothered.

Tallest hotel in Xuzhou City that is 6 months “new”. The hotel reception is located on the 42nd floor and the rooms are above this level up to the 59th floor. On the 60th floor is a restaurant and bar with a great view of the city if it is not too misty. Nice heated lap pool on the 6th floor but you need to have a swim cap before you are allowed to use the pool. Spacious room with comfortable bed and a huge LED TV with free movies on demand. Location is conveniently located next to Suning Plaza shopping mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Very reasonable room rates for such a nice hotel. Looking forward to my next stay there!

新建酒店，设计及体验很好！服务人员也很专业，很友好！ 有2点情况反应，我们入住时找不到我们的订单，耽误了一些入住时间（可能新开业酒店，系统还有些问题），另外是房间的灯具安装过低，磕碰了几次，也已经跟酒店反应。
