La Casa Azul Hostel

It was a great spot there the top of one of the lifts..& very cool overlooking the harbor! The staff & helpers were all really great!

The triple decker bunks are a little tough to get used to being 6’4”..but after hitting my head a few times..I figured things out!

Unclean rooms and unclean bathrooms - a big issue

Location of hostel is amazing for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beds are small and stacked three high so if you are on top it is difficult to get in.

Nice people there, okay breakfast (only bread).

Was on the top bunk and if you're over 6 feet or 180cm you're going to struggle going in and out. Facilities were not the best and not that clean. And the walk to and from is quite hectic if you're carrying luggage (take the elevator right next to the hostel).

The friendly staff, mainly volunteers, took advantage of a good price deal offered. Interesting location right at the Open air mural museum, and the view from the room directly at the town and harbor below cannot be beaten. :-) And free breakfast.

Maybe just the late schedule, both for breakfast and the night still (at midnight too late for older backpackers or early risers, the noise was disturbing).
