Good basic all I need

Washroom door was not closing and commode was close the wash basin.

I booked the accommodations and no one contacted me until a day after the booking. I had to stay elsewhere and have still been charged

No staff, it's like a hmo house

Breakfast is just cereal in a kitchen,

Convenient to railway station. Wasn't aware when booked that it was remote check in. Done over the phone. Friendly and helpful when explaining how to access room etc though Comfortable bed.

Not having anyone on site to deal with problems. Although stated toiletries, tea tray with complimentary biscuits and water there were items missing, only shampoo, no soap, no biscuits or water. No toilet roll so I had to ring and told to take some from an empty room. No heating in bathroom and blind crumpled and creased. Toilet seat loose. Bedding reasonable but creased, some marks on one pilpillowcase which unsure whether used previously or not. Loose top on bedside cabinet.
