I didn’t like that several people came into the property after we spoke about extending my stay and also after we spoke about the tv, maintenance came in twice and the next day. Last night they decided to change the code on the door without notify me anything not even a email. Poor communication overall.

Great location and decor. Floor was dirty and air filter was completely stopped up. With COVID air filters should be changed monthly!

"Never again! "

The people who run the parking garage appear to be running the hotel. I was accused of not paying the $38/night parking charge by an angry garage attendant, and when I showed him my email receipt he was surly. I saw a rodent in the parking garage and roaches in the unit. The unit had a very bad odor at the front entry, and smelled of cats and a litter box. When I was speaking with the lady via video/online in the front lobby, I was uncomfortable that she announced my unit number, with multiple people hanging around the lobby area. This does not seem like the industry standard of writing down the room number. As there is no hotel representative on site, ever ... I’m not sure how they’d fix this. After the interaction with the angry parking attendant, I was not comfortable complaining to Sextant Stays while I was in the unit. I have stayed with Sextant Stays multiple times, but I will not book again. I also have a credit of $158 that I have tried to use twice, and they refuse to honor.

Pulling up to vallet and staff was very welcoming. The lobby is beautiful. The virtual staff was different but just as welcoming and helpful with check-in and all instructions. The hotel has a convenient game room with pool tables and more in a very spacious room. The fitness center is next door which is also spacious. They are both well keep and comfortable. Our 2 bedroom with the patio was extremely spacious, had a modern design and well furnished for comfort. There is a in room virtual concierge monitor to help with all your needs for locating restaurant, activities and hotel services. I loved all the in apartment amenities that made living convenient for us. The rooms were very clean, and surfaces were wiped down. Appliances were clean and closets were stocked with linen. The patio was so spacious and furnished as well. I could not have been more comfortable outside of being at home. I wanted to extend my stay because the experience was just amazing! I feel like they thought of everything to make you comfortable! I’m extremely happy with this location and I can’t wait to return!

The valet service was not reliable overnight. I waited 20 minutes to get my car out of the garage when requesting it around 2 am or 3 am. But to me that is somewhat expected. Customer service overall was good with all the valet staff. The communication was not the best. Not having a physical person on site has its limitations. However, overall, it was a great stay.
