New Orleans Luxury Collection

Brandywine is a well maintained virtually managed condominium complex that is clean, well maintained and comfortable collection of units over 6 floors. Valet parking and 14 hours of sexy are offered. We stayed in a Penthouse level unit and enjoyed the balcony porch and views of New Orleans. We plan to return again.

I would like to start by complementing the convenient checkin process, friendly virtual desk manager and cozy-quiet building. Elevator and hallways clean & odorless. I had the please of dwelling inside suite PH8. Pool deck and balcony awesome, heated pool and view of the city like none other. As for the interior I found several niks in the walls, in a couple of room, stained lounging chair and some type of substance wiped on top of the wall pain, likely feom prior cleaning. In one bedroom closet I noticed a plastic wrapper on the floor. All of the appliances where stainless and top of the line, all functioned properly. Sheets and towels were clean. As I previously mentioned, my overall stay was great however the lounge chair was not acceptable, whether penthouse or run fown motel, I advise replacing it asap. I would not book it again or recommend it to a friend with that chair in the condition it was in at the time I checked in.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Far enough from the French Quarter where you don’t hear anything but close enough (about 1.2 miles) if you wanted to walk. Only issue I had is with check in when my code provided wouldn’t open up the room door. It opened up the outside property door but not our individual room. Virtual concierge was able to provide a new one right away so not a big deal. Rooms are very spacious. Even in our studio apartment, did not feel cramped at all. Decorated very cute! Another detail that is cool for those into it - there’s a wall selfie light. It’s just a giant light panel but it gives the same light (maybe more) than a selfie ring light. Upstairs pool area was awesome to chill at. Pool is heated so you can swim in cooler weather as well. Lots of sitting space. Would definitely recommend this property!

While there are many listed amenities and having access to a washer/dryer while on a trip is enormously helpful, the studios at this location have no windows at all. Had that been listed, I never would have selected this hotel and was tremendously disappointed that they attempted to claim it was my fault for assuming that all bedrooms have windows (which, in my state, is law for safety purposes). The only other option was to be moved offsite. Additionally, they do not have onsite front desk staff and communication is thereby limited, which is also not advertised transparently.

After paying for an early check in and Very expensive parking, upon arriving our room was not clean, there were items from a previous party or tenants left behind and a machine plugged in on the floor running on the floor, that we found out from housekeeping that was there to keep the smell out. The refrigerator was broken along with chairs around the dining table. Stains on chairs and couches and blinds in bedroom were broken. Housekeeping was of no help as they only focused on fixing the refrigerator and freezer and when the housekeeping supervisor came in she proceeded to act like she did not speak English and spoke with the other housekeeper in another language as they also laughed. We called sextant at that point and were moved to another Penthouse Suite. Upon entering the new suite.. we walked in and cleaning products were on the floor and no towels, the main room had about a 2in gap in the wall with paint missing, toilet seat was very loose in the main bathroom and bathroom door handle was half off. After our 2nd night in.. we discovered a huge roach. Sextant then had to send someone to spray because that was there fix for us which was yet another inconvenience. We also had family come with us and in there rooms they were dealing with rats. We also dealt with our neighbors being really loud and filming porn, Regardless of Sextants rules. We have stayed we Sextant in the past and enjoyed them so much that we brought Family back with us. Quite a few of ther first.

Exceptional property. Wouldn't change anything other than softer toilet tissue and a cutting board. Will definitely stay gain when in NO.

Very nice apartment, although a bit sparsely supplied. There were no washcloths and only 1 hand towel for a 2 bathroom unit. There was a supply closet on the 2nd floor to get more amenities. The hallways reeked of marijuana when we arrived. Not very sound proof--could hear every word of a conversation to the adjacent apartment (which was connected with a door). The entry door is a but funny--you have to put the entry code in and VERY QUICKLY get to the door--there is no "click" or light change to indicate that your code has worked. We appreciated the large space, big kitchen, great location, and cleanliness. Easy 10 min walk to convention center.

Amazing property it was quiet and cozy very appealing property. I do think it could have been a tad bit cleaner but I’m super ocd when it comes to cleanliness. Great location 5 minute Uber/Lyft from everything. Overall amazing stay I would come again.
