New Orleans Luxury Collection

It was hard because there is no one on property when there is an issue. We wanted more towels and also the fire alarm went off at 2 am and the maintenance guy and valet guy had to deal with it but no one knew what was going on and we were all on the street in our pajamas waiting to see if we could go back in. The rooms need extra towels and pillows to be comfortable.

Really awesome property. Virtual check-in was a breeze, super clean/modern room, and nice hotel amenities. Great value. Safe area.

This was a great place to stay! Everything looked like the pictures but, we got a room with no windows... wish I would have known that. Otherwise, staff was great and responsive to our needs. Valet is like $40 a day and parking is a little rough. 15 min walk from bourbon and there are always ubers! I would stay again.

Great stay at this property. The unit was exceptionally clean with such open space. Will look to staying here again on our next visit!

A very clean, high quality space that's a close walk to the French Quarter. My only issue is the wifi is a little slow, so if you intend to work out of this place, you may struggle a little bit.

It was like staying at home we had all the amenities plus the full kitchen was a dream

Great location within walking distance to everything. Very spacious rental for family. Pool not heated was disappointing. Would consider returning.

Overall, nice place. Clean and updated rooms. One toilet leaked at the base of the floor. Parking and check in was interesting.

I absolutely loved this property. Will definitely be back. Easy check in, very clean. They have everything you could need in your room. Staff was very friendly. I’m just so impressed!

First time staying in apartment hotel and we’re impressed with the property. We had few issues though like TV remote control batteries, Main bedroom door was not working . The response to our requests for battery took forever and no resolution for the door. Expensive valet parking since we’re in the business district. You have an option for a cheaper parking which was walkable but the conveniences of valet is worth it.
