The Heritage Hotel Galle Fort

Room was well maintained and spacious. Good air con. Grounds kept clean and staff were friendly and professional.

Could benefit from a bar and the breakfast was average. Expectations were higher.

Great location in centre of Fort, comfortable room and so easy to park car

No pool or outside area to relax but knew that when booking and location makes up for it

Food, facility, room ...all downmarket. Breakfast in particular was dismal. We chose to eat other meals outside as one look at the dinner buffet put us off.

Notre suite donnait sur rue et c’est donc légèrement bruyant mais la ville se calme vers 22h donc ça va. Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’on me fasse payer la chambre à l’arrivée! C’est le seul hôtel durant mes 3 semaines de vacances qui a fait ça. Pas très professionnel.

Fantastic location, staff were super helpful. Room was large and had a mosquito plug which is always good. Bed was large and comfy and bathroom was good too. They give you a free 10 minute food massage voucher, but the 'spa' didn't look inviting so I didn't use this.

Breakfast was a bit basic with not a lot of option, but given its a small hotel it makes sense not to prepare a lot of food for few people.
