Beautiful characterful hotel in good position inside the fort, very quiet at night and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A brilliant end to an amazing holiday

Fabulous location, right in the old town within the fort walls. Hotel is comfortable and clean and the hotel staff were super helpful. Overall great service.

I booked last min and I got the room but the booking nor staff told me it was an accessible room. Hence disappointed for not telling me until after I checked in.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the walled city. The property was very attractive and clean, the staff attentive and breakfast very good. Can really recommend.

Location was v good and a short walk to main shops, attractions and restaurants. Lovely architecture with plenty of charm. Our family.room was very spacious and comfortable.

The ambience at the hotel was rather dull in sharp contrast to the other hotels on the same street which had a more inviting environment with music, bars and nice terraces where one could have a drink. I think the heritage could do with a refresh and a touch of sophistication to really make it shine. Breakfast although tasty was a bit rough in its presentation with cereal in plastic jars and somewhat dirty tablecloths under the chafing dishes. It should also consider having a bar or a pool to provide more facilties to guests. We never had dinner at the hotel as it was too dull. Water pressure also not consistent.
