The Heritage Hotel Galle Fort

This hotel was such a nice surprice on our trip to Galle. Beautifully reconstructed old dutch place, nicelly furnished, huuuge beds (would fit 3 people). Breakfast selection was excellent! We were very happy with our stay. and in the middle of old city, so everything was very close.

In the centre of the old town fort. Restaurant is in the oldest church and both it and the hotel have old charm. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great laundry service which we needed after 28 days ‘on the road’.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Professional,friendly ,knowledgeable ,just excellent. Mr Suneth Dishan was particularly kind and extremely helpful. Location was excellent ,right in the middle of the Fort. Breakfast was very varied ,very plentiful ,well presented and very tasty. Again the staff were fantastic. My husband and myself fully recommend this Hotel.

Perhaps a bar would have been useful on site ,however there are many restaurants in easy distance.

Excellent colonial style hotel in the middle of the fort area. Great and varied buffet breakfast.

Schönes Hotel an toller Lage mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Kein Fester, stört aber nichg, da direkt vor dem Zimmer 2 gemütliche Stühle.
