Very comfy bed. Air conditioned. Spacious. Elevator. Safe neighborhood.

Central location was great except Friday and Saturday nights. Portuguese like to party.

Great location and comfortable. Staff really helpful. Had a problem with our water supply and it was sorted within half an hour.

I wouldn’t recommend staying the first weekend of May as the student celebrations make the location very noisy!

Apartment was in a great location, it could be a little noisy at night but the shutters blocked most of the noise. Supermarkets were nearby and plenty of great eateries. All the sights were in walking distance.

Given we stayed for 2 weeks a change of sheets and extra towels would have been nice. There were insufficient bathroom supplies provided and a broom or dustpan would have been handy.

It seemed clean enough.

There was a slightly strange smell in the property. The extractor fan of the bathroom was extremely loud. Everything provided seemed of cheap quality. It took a lot of phone calls and messaging to get access to the property.

Good location, easy access, good communication pre arrival. Prompt response to any messages (including late at night ) Comfortable bed. Everything worked well.

Not enough pans for cooking, frying pan needs replacing. Mattress Protector (waterproof) was turned the wrong way on the bed. Possibly because it disguised the stains ! It was replaced promptly the following day with two extra sheets. I understand it was Sunday so laundries not working. I hope it will get replaced with the correct type of protector. No service or change of towels for a 5 night stay ? No information on recycling or how to use oven , washing machine etc ..only QR code which did not work for us. Just gave us advertising .

The location, easy walking to the big metro station, and a large supermarket.

It was a very nice apartment right in the centre of the city, close to everything that was needed.
