The convenience of the location.

It seemed a bit sparse. No fans/dehydrators for circulation. There were few amenities. The coffee pods provided did not for the machine. Very very loud with the dumpsters right outside the window. The shower was clogged.

"Good location but a bit shabby"

Well located and better than hotel rooms in terms of size for budget. Helpful staff.

The place needs maintenance. The pillows were old and lumpy. The couch was broken. The towels thin. All okay but needs a little overhaul by an attentive staff member.

"A good value apartment."

A well equipped flat in a good location for cafes and restaurants and not far from the metro station.

With the windows open the neighbouring restaurants were quite noisy at night.
